Everything we have done at the Academic ADL Co-Lab is based upon improved learning and standards(the foundation). If an initiative does not use standards or does not improve learning, we were not interested.

Specific projects do change over time based upon next generation learning. Currently there are three main areas in which we have been working. Repositories and registeries are important in that if we have wonderful content and can not find or access it, then it doesn’t do us much good(1st floor). Games and simulations in learning we believe are important in experiential learning (2nd floor). Mobile learning has also been an area in which I have actively participated. In many cases, these areas overlap as we are working on a mobile learning repository and mobile games.
